Role: Software Engineer, Product
YOE: 3–8 years of product software engineering experience
Location: San Francisco, CA | Hybrid (3 days in-office)
Compensation: $168K – $213K base + Competitive Equity

Roles & Responsibilities
• Build zero-to-one and evolving customer-facing products that solve complex compliance and regulatory problems.
• Develop intuitive interfaces and backend systems for case management, reporting, and analytics.
• Build document analysis and verification systems used by compliance teams at scale.
• Design and implement agentic workflows that coordinate AI tools, services, and data pipelines.
• Build and maintain APIs and services using Python or TypeScript (Node.js).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to ship high-impact features quickly.
• Take strong ownership of features from conception to production in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
• 3–8 years of experience in product-focused software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript (Node.js).
• Experience building APIs and working with databases.
• Experience building zero-to-one products or significantly evolving existing systems.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks is a plus.
• Prior experience at a high-growth startup and/or big tech company.
• Background in financial services or regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Strong product thinking and customer interaction skills.
