2 interviews (possibly 3), manager screening and One panel tech screening on coderpad
3 must haves on resume: Python, Postgres or other RDBMS, AWS Background
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology
Required 10 years of software development experience.
Extensive full stack experience with Python, React.
JS and databases like MySQL or Aurora.
Experience working with AWS technologies e.g., S3, EMR.
Good to have experience with Big Data Technologies like Kafka.
Excellent analyzing and problem-solving skills.
Team player attitude with a willingness to lead when necessary.
Ability to document requirements and specifications.
