Required Qualifications
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Relevant project work and demonstrable technical experience.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and technically inquisitive.
• Knowledge in Statistics, Gen AI, LLM, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For Java/Full Stack roles:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in Java and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Project work demonstrating proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or related programming languages.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and technically inquisitive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Experience with NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, and TensorFlow.
