A Day in Your Role:
As a Software Application Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of IT Compliance. Your main goal will be to oversee the lifecycle management of software applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate with business and IT application stakeholders to integrate new applications into the MMA framework while maintaining an accurate inventory of current applications to meet compliance standards. Additionally, you will engage with external vendors to uphold application compliance and spearhead initiatives that protect our applications and data. Part of your responsibilities will also include maintaining essential application documentation and conducting health assessments on the application portfolio.
Moreover, you will provide project management support to our compliance and audit teams, overseeing multiple initiatives. Your aptitude for tracking projects, delivering status updates, and alerting management to potential risks will be crucial for ensuring timely project delivery.
We Are Looking For:
• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Demonstrated project experience in IT operations within an insurance environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven project management experience.

The base salary range for this role is $68,700 to $120,100, and is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This position may also include performance-based incentives.
