Our client, a leading banking insituition is currently seeking for a high-caliber candidate to join their team.
Position Summary:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process of our policy enquiry system. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging user experiences that meet the needs of our users while aligning with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points within the policy enquiry process.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design ideas and user flows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure desirable and feasible designs that meet technical constraints.
Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Support change management and agency engagement for project launch and ongoing communication
Create and maintain design specifications and style guides that align with our brand identity.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our products.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Experience in insurance industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
