Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Culver City, CA
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery and research through high fidelity design and delivery
Translate Complex Business Requirements Into Simple, Intuitive User Experiences
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure design feasibility and quality
Present design concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders and clients
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG), responsiveness, and consistency across platforms
Influence product and experience strategy through design thinking and user insights
Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and dynamic data
6 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio
Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
Experience designing complex enterprise or large-scale applications
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Angular
Strong CSS architecture skills
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Experience With Digital Transformation Or Legacy Modernization (preferred)
Experience mentoring or leading design teams (preferred)
