We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise technology solutions. This role is responsible for connecting business priorities with modern technical architectures, ensuring that systems are scalable, secure, and future‑ready. You will act as a strategic advisor and hands‑on leader, guiding teams through complex transformation initiatives and enabling the organization to achieve sustainable growth in a rapidly changing digital environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Define and champion enterprise solution architecture that aligns with corporate strategy and long‑term objectives.
• Shape and maintain technology roadmaps and application portfolios that support innovation and business expansion.
• Lead governance processes for solution design, including chairing technical review boards.
• Translate business requirements into clear architectural models and actionable designs.
• Produce and maintain architectural documentation such as system diagrams, integration models, and application frameworks (e.g., C4 models, network topology, application architecture).
• Recommend technology platforms and stacks that balance current needs with future scalability.
• Assess vendor proposals and solutions, ensuring they meet both technical standards and strategic direction.
• Provide oversight and guidance to engineering and delivery teams, ensuring architectural integrity throughout project execution.
• Uphold rigorous standards for security, compliance, and risk management across all solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate trade‑offs and communicate technical concepts in accessible language.
• Serve as the technical lead for major transformation programs and enterprise‑wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, with at least 5 years in solution architecture for mid‑to‑large scale projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams or leading technical functions.
• Industry background in health insurance, healthcare services, or related domains is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in application and data architecture, portfolio management, and integration design.
• Deep knowledge of architectural frameworks, design principles, and modern integration patterns.
• Proven ability to drive mission‑critical technology programs and influence technical decision‑making.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native architectures.
• Solid understanding of non‑functional requirements, including security, scalability, performance, and data privacy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.
• A proactive leader who values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
