Position: Senior Software developer (AI/MR)

Our customer is a Med Tech startup developing a surgical navigator that will allow surgeons to quickly generate 3D models from a patient’s diagnostic imaging scans. This immersive mixed-reality technology will be used for education, diagnosis and treatment planning.
In order to accelerate the development of their solution, they are looking for a Senior Software developer, proficient in multiple programming languages such as C#, C++, Java., to lead the software development team for the AI-Powered MR Surgical Navigator project.
Your tasks
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software across various platforms.
• Ensure the integration of advanced AI, machine learning, and computer vision technologies.
• Mentor junior developers and manage code reviews to maintain software quality.
• Coordinate with project manager and other team leads to ensure project milestones are met.
• Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Your profile
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and Mixed Reality technologies.
• Proven leadership experience and strong team management skills.
• Experience with Unity engine
• Expertise in multiple programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, Javascript frameworks
• Prior experience with AR/MR development is a real asset.
• Fluent in English is mandatory, bilingual ideally (FR/ENG)
