As Director of Blockchain Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical stack, from protocol design through to production rollout. You will work closely with our cryptography and product teams to deliver a high-performance zkEVM-based ledger.
• Lead engineering efforts for advanced Layer 2 rollups.
• Built and scaled performant zkEVM with robust privacy guarantees.
• Optimized zk circuits and prover performance.
• Mentored diverse engineering teams successfully recruited top talent recruits with experience on similar projects previously undertaken or researched extensively prior conducting interview rounds so they could achieve desired objectives effectively given substantial budget allocations available.
