Title: Project Manager - Cybersecurity

ComTec is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience managing Cybersecurity projects and to lead the implementation of a comprehensive OT security solution. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Cybersecurity projects such as Access Control, IAM, firewall upgrades, Dragos Implementation, Data Loss Prevention, AD consolidation/upgrade, and Micro segmentation.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of OT security solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage software implementation and integrations projects using Hybrid (waterfall/agile) delivery methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Required Skills:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in large-scale IT Project Management environment.
• 5 years of experience in managing Cyber Security projects.
• Experience in PMO processes and Stage gate processes.
• Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
• Must have Electric utilities experience.
• Experience with hybrid (waterfall/agile) delivery methodology. Experience in leading hybrid Agile projects, where some work streams follow waterfall principles.
• Extensive experience leading scrum teams in the design and development of enterprise scale applications utilizing agile techniques.
• Familiarity with the Stage Gate Process is a plus.
