This role will focus ondriving Agile transformation, improvingdelivery flow, and aligningAgile outcomes to business value. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inenterprise-level Agile coaching,project/program delivery, andleadership engagement.
Experience:
• 12+ years in IT delivery, including7+ years in Agile coaching and transformation.
• Proven experience inenterprise-level Agile adoptionandproject/program management.
• Hands-on experience withScaled Agile frameworks,DevSecOps, andautomation practices.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge ofAgile frameworks(SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, DAD).
• Expertise inAgile metrics,OKRs, andvalue realization.
• Excellentstakeholder managementandleadership coachingskills.
• Proficiency inJira,Confluence, and other Agile lifecycle tools.
• Ability tobridge business and technology teamsfor effective transformation.
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong in Arabic
