Title: Senior OpenShift Engineer (Enterprise Kubernetes Platform)
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OpenShift Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise Kubernetes/OpenShift platform engineering. This role will lead the design, scaling, security, and optimization of mission-critical container platforms supporting business-critical workloads across multi-cluster, multi-AZ, and on-prem environments.
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift
• 10+ years Linux/Unix administration (RHEL preferred)
• Strong container expertise (Docker, Podman, CRI-O)
• Proven experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes APIs, CRDs, networking, storage, and cluster services
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade DevSecOps practices
• Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
