We are currently looking for a Senior Officer, Procurement who is good at negotiation, analytical skills and contract management. They should also be self-motivated, effective multi-tasker and a good team player. As our Senior Officer, Procurement, we will rely you to: • Responsible for procurement duties, including supplier sourcing, pre-qualification, RFQ/RFP/tender, cost analysis and negotiation, recommendation, contract management, spend analysis and reporting • Support and review internal procurement requests, such as marketing and agency services, HR, IT hardware and software, general supplies and printing materials, to ensure competitive offers and compliance with procurement policy • Support and maintain internal procurement system, including co-ordination with internal stakeholders on the requirements, streamline procurement process, performing User Acceptance Test (UAT), etc • Assist in system migration for new procurement • Any other duties as assigned We Are Looking For Someone Who Is/ Has • Minimum 3 years of working experience in procurement and related industries • Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Business related studies is preferred • Knowledge on ERP system is an advantage • Proficient in Excel and Pivot Table is a must • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese • Strong communication and analytical skills • Effective multi-tasker and a good team player • Self-motivated with good time management skills
