Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the roadmap for AI / ML platform, including workflows and governance
Lead the design and operation of the end-to-end ML lifecycle and ensure platform reliability
Guide team execution to deliver high-quality platform capabilities with strong technical rigor
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional software engineering experience in large-scale ML or distributed systems
3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing multiple teams
Strong technical background in ML infrastructure and data engineering
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional platform initiatives
Experience in fast-paced environments using modern development practices
