Title: Senior Hadoop Administrator/Systems Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA

BS in Computer Science or a related major, or equivalent industry experience
Certified Apache Hadoop Administrator, by Cloudera and/or Hortonworks
a big data solutions architect
Strong knowledge and solid understanding of the Hadoop ecosystem and common big data architectures
Experience integrating on-premises and cloud big data platforms
In-Depth knowledge and substantial experience with ZooKeeper, HDFS, YARN, MapReduce2, Tez, Hive, HBase, Kafka, Spark, Impala, and Solr
Working knowledge of Oozie, Sqoop, Ranger and/or Sentry, NiFi, Druid, Zeppelin (or a different Spark notebook)
Hands-on experience in analyzing various Hadoop log files, compression, encoding, and file formats
Experience using various AWS technologies (EC2, EBS, S3, etc.)
AWS Certified Solutions Architect a plus
Experience with Azure a plus
Knowledge of fully integrated AD/Kerberos authentication a plus
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes a plus
Experience with Postgres a plus
