Comp: Up to 167k base + full benefits

What You Will Be Doing
• Participating as a strategic thought partner in designing and developing new platform feature sets.
• Building for scale from day one, ensuring solutions are performant, reliable, and extensible.
• Developing reusable architectures and components that enable other customers to benefit from your work.
• Contributing to the evolution of a true platform, not just a standalone application.
• Leveraging GenAI effectively in professional development workflows, including Agentic Workflows.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to solve complex engineering challenges with elegance and efficiency.
What You Need For The Position
Required Skills
• Software as a Service (SaaS) OR multi-tenancy application architecture
• Full stack skills with heavy back end experience
• C# / .NET Core Web API (MUST have modern C#/.NET which can run on Linux)
• RESTful API experience
• Event-driven architecture with Message Queue/Service Bus OR Microservices
• Not expert skills but at least some knowledge of GenAI and the ability to leverage GenAI, including Agentic Workflows, in professional software development.
• Relational databases experience (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL); PostgreSQL is a plus
• Git source control (Bitbucket is a plus)
• React (or Angular or similar) / Typescript / Redux Toolkit
Preferred but not essential:
• SOLID, DI/IoC, CI, DDD software design principles
• MVC Design Pattern
• Task-based Asynchronous Pattern
• Unit Testing for frontend and backend
• Code-First database approach
• Object Relational Mapping (ORM); Entity Framework Core is a plus
• Database version control
• Generic Repository Pattern with Unit of Work
• Single Page Application (SPA) approach
• Material UI, with focus on web accessibility
• JSON Forms
• Cloud development experience (AWS is a plus)
Bonus points for:
• Tech Lead experience
• GraphQL
• Redis for in-memory server-side caching
• Micro ORM experience (Dapper)
• Swagger
• NoSQL or spatial data using PostgreSQL
• SAST / DAST
