Are you a visionary leader with a knack for driving product excellence in the SaaS space? We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Strategy who is ready to make a significant impact by guiding multiple product teams at Alteryx. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge on our critical platforms, infrastructure, and customer-facing growth capabilities. Position Overview: As the Senior Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and operational execution for our SaaS platform foundations. Your leadership will be key to enhancing our offerings related to infrastructure strategy, privacy, security, and customer onboarding to promote adoption and retention. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic guidance for product management across various teams, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, and long-term value in a B2B SaaS setting. • Define and refine the long-term product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs. • Collaborate with senior engineering leaders to set clear goals and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. • Develop customer-centric growth strategies that enhance user experiences and ensure ongoing usage and retention through innovative solutions. • Work cross-functionally with teams in Engineering, Security, Privacy, Marketing, and Sales to harmonize priorities and manage risks. • Establish and track KPIs, using insights to drive informed decisions regarding product investments and roadmap adjustments. • Encourage a culture of accountability and empowerment, allowing teams to excel while aligning with core business outcomes. • Make data-driven decisions while assessing risks, trade-offs, and the impacts of emerging technologies. • Act as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating progress and strategic recommendations to product and executive leadership. Qualifications: • 12+ years of product management experience, particularly in senior leadership roles with B2B SaaS focus. • Experience in leading diverse teams and successfully driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. • Strong background in multitenant SaaS architectures and complex technology products. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas for various stakeholders. • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred; an advanced degree is a bonus. • A familiarity with Alteryx’s products and industry landscape is highly desirable. Compensation: At Alteryx, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. The base salary range for this role is $210,000-$285,000, along with a potential annual bonus of up to 25%.
