Job Description We are looking for a data enthusiast who will play a key role in transforming our analytical culture! As a Senior Data Analyst, you will act as both a strategic partner and a technical expert, combining business insight, data engineering, and project management to create powerful, useful, and accessible analytical solutions for everyone. Key Responsibilities: • Build and lead an internal data community that fosters collaboration and skill development; • Ensure data quality, governance, and responsible use; • Collaborate with business teams to fully understand their priorities and challenges; • Translate these needs into comprehensive analytical models, dashboards, and relevant key performance indicators (KPIs); • Design and optimize databases (SQL, Google BigQuery); • Develop high-performance, secure Power BI models with advanced features; • Manage end-to-end BI initiatives, ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BI or data analysis within an enterprise environment; • Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Google BigQuery, and Power BI (modeling, DAX, security); • University degree or equivalent technical training; • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
