Job Description
• Oversee cloud platform components and partner with SRE members to support VPC, network gear, OS platforms, and security tools
• Maintain and support overlay and PaaS services such as backup, monitoring, IAM, PAM, SIEM, ITOM, RDS, and CFW
• Assist in cloud revamp, upgrade and enhancement projects alongside vendors and contractors
• Provide technical guidance to application teams, including troubleshooting, system upkeep, and deployment support
• Act as owner of assigned technical domains, handling design updates, operational workflows, and support coordination
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of automation tools for daily operations
• Deliver on-call standby support during emergency production incidents and participate in shift duties
• Handle additional tasks assigned by supervisors
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience, ideally within major financial institutions
• Hands-on management of Kubernetes clusters on EKS/AKS, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and security
• Practical knowledge of routers, switches, SD-WAN, firewalls, load balancers and security appliances
• Experience handling system infrastructure (compute, storage), cloud operations, IaC and DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible Tower, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub)
• Proven capability in vendor management
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining a positive mindset
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidates with fewer years of experience may be considered for a junior role
