Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, where you will play a key role in designing, building, and operating advanced cloud-native web applications that are crucial to our business success. This position requires a blend of robust technical skills and a collaborative spirit to create secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions on Microsoft Azure, while fostering your technical expertise and architectural insight. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and operate secure, maintainable, and scalable web applications applying object-oriented principles, modern architecture, and cloud-native patterns. • Build and maintain solutions for data migration and integration between systems, including workflow automation and data transfer processes. • Engage in design discussions to share creative ideas and implement solutions that adhere to best practices for performance, reliability, and security. • Write clean, testable code while utilizing automated testing, static analysis, and observability tools to enhance reliability and maintainability. • Contribute across both front-end (using modern JavaScript frameworks) and back-end (service-oriented systems built on .NET or similar) components. • Utilize microservices, containers, and managed Azure services (including .NET, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, App Services, Docker) to deliver scalable cloud solutions. • Employ AI-assisted coding tools (such as Copilot and Cursor) to expedite development and focus on meaningful problem-solving. • Collaborate closely with peers, designers, and product managers through pair programming, code reviews, and shared design sessions. • Document your work, refine engineering practices, and learn from senior engineers to enhance your craft. What We're Looking For • 3-5 years of professional experience in developing commercial-grade software and/or cloud-native applications. • Practical knowledge of cloud services, Docker, .NET, JavaScript, Cosmos DB, or SQL Server. • A strong grasp of object-oriented design, distributed services, and modern development practices. • Experience with data integration concepts, including ETL workflows and API-based integrations (familiarity with Relativity Integration Points is a plus). • Proven ability to deliver solutions in collaborative, fast-paced environments. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Our Commitment We are dedicated to fair and equitable compensation practices. This role is eligible for total compensation, which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $155,000. The final offered salary will consider several factors, such as the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal equity. We typically offer salaries toward the lower end of the range to allow for future meaningful salary growth.
