Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Blockchain Security Auditor to join their fully remote, dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive security audits of smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and DApps across various platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot). Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to uncover potential security flaws. Develop and implement security best practices for blockchain development lifecycles. Stay abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends in the blockchain space. Contribute to the development of internal security tools and frameworks. Document audit findings, methodologies, and remediation plans in detailed reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in blockchain security auditing, smart contract auditing, or related cybersecurity roles. Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography. Proficiency in multiple programming languages relevant to blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript). Experience with static and dynamic analysis tools for code security. Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities (e.g., reentrancy, integer overflows, access control issues). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Blockchain Security Professional - CBSP) are a plus.
