Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain and smart contract development. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap, Aave, Compound, Curve). Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or other smart contract programming languages. Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, etc. Familiarity with Web3 development frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache).
