You will be working on a core product that serves hundreds of millions of users. CSBot connects buyers, sellers, and customer service agents, enabling smart understanding and multi-turn conversations to efficiently resolve inquiries related to product questions, orders, logistics, and after-sales issues. Our goal is to significantly improve service efficiency and deliver a faster, more accurate support experience.
Job Description
• Develop and maintain e-commerce products and services
• Work on, troubleshooting and resolving model performance.
• Work with various teams to design and implement new features.
• Optimize various services to enhance link performance.
• Write good, clean and maintainable code.
• Work with the internal team on projects
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in at least Golang or Python programming languages.
• Understanding with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred experience in large language model or search domains, application and architecture
• Experience with deploying and scaling machine learning models in a production environment.
• Familiarity with data engineering
