Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend code for internal and external workflows
Collaborate with various teams to build features and improve technology
Lead planning and design for backend projects focused on student safety
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a backend developer on a high-performing team
Strong proficiency in Java 8+
Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably MySQL and DynamoDB
Experience with TypeScript
Experience owning a codebase or software component and working independently
