Job Description:

CDM Smith is seeking talented Automation and Instrumentation & Controls Professionals to join our dynamic team! As a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer, you will:
• Design and create moderately complex instrumentation, control, and related systems using advanced design practices.
• Develop specifications and create HMI graphics, PLC programming, and detailed reports.
• Participate in the testing and startup of control systems, review complex shop drawings, and provide oversight during testing phases.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, reviewing their work to maintain high standards of quality and excellence.
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting in preparing proposal sections and presentations.
• Contribute to various automation projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (frequency may vary).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Water/Wastewater projects is highly preferred.
• Background in engineering and/or integration firms is a plus.

Compensation:
• Pay Range Minimum: $81,765
• Pay Range Maximum: $134,909
• Bonuses are discretionary and may apply based on performance.
