KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Cloud Services Operations to join our Global Technology & Group, a vital part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities:
• Administer and support cloud environments across various platforms, ensuring seamless support delivery and prompt issue resolution.
• Implement automation scripts and tools to enhance cloud operations, encompassing infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
• Analyze system performance, track metrics, and apply improvements for optimal use of cloud resources.
• Establish and maintain security protocols within public cloud environments.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical problems and contribute to strategic implementation initiatives.
• Assist in developing disaster recovery strategies to secure data and maintain business continuity in line with team policies.
• Exhibit integrity and professionalism, fostering a respectful and courteous work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• At least three years of recent experience in Cloud IT Operations.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or three years of relevant work experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Skilled in data analysis and programming languages, including Python and PowerShell.
• Experience with deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), ensuring high availability and performance.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship.
