- Lead and motivate a diverse team dedicated to supporting 24/7 services within the cloud infrastructure, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.-
- Ongoing tracking of infrastructure project status and completion.- Be responsible and accountable for infrastructure costs providing regular updates to senior leadership.- Be the primary advocate for evolving the cloud based datacenter providing strategic guidance from operations.- Advocate and drive the evolution of the environment towards efficiency and automation.
• *What You Bring**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or technical operations.- 7-10 years experience in technology operations roles, such as service management, Technical architecture, network / systems operations.- 2- 5 years experience leading a team of multidisciplinary technology support resources at a team lead or manager level.- Experience with technical architecture, network / systems operations.- Knowledgeable in modern cloud concepts and technologies related to Kubernetes including networking, load balancing, auto-scaling, cluster utilization optimization, etc.- Familiarity and experience with observability platforms related to operations metrics
