Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field with a strong focus on NLP. Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in NLP. Proven track record of significant contributions to NLP research, demonstrated through publications in top conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS). Expertise in deep learning architectures for NLP (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work autonomously and lead research projects in a remote environment. Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
