We're hiring full-time security professionals for static sites across the Lower Mainland. As a Static Security Professional(s), you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of high-profile sites, assets, and property.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment and providing top-notch customer service to client and their staff.
• *Job Requirements**:
- Must hold a Valid Security License (BST)
- Strong observation and communication skills, the ability to maintain self-control, and the ability to make quick decisions during emergency situations
- Must possess a High School Diploma. An additional diploma/degree/certificate in criminology or a law-enforcement-related study would be considered an asset
- Must be bondable and able to pass a security clearance
- Should be comfortable working alone or within diverse teams and must be able to stick to procedures and set routines
- Must have an open availability
- Must act in a disciplined, honest, and ethical manner
- Valid Class 5 License with a clean abstract.

• *Duties and responsibilities**:
- Actively Monitor and Patrol the property, identifying and resolving potential security threats or disturbances proactively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, residents and attendees with inquiries, directions, and crowd management.
- Collaborate with local RCMP and event organizers to maintain order and respond effectively to any emergencies or incidents.
- Enforce event rules and regulations while ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals present.
- Remain vigilant and alert at all times, actively identifying potential risks.
- Use excellent communication skills to relay important information to fellow team members and event staff.
- Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Evict trespassers/vagrants
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
