We are growing and actively seeking dependable Security Officers to join our team.
About the Role
This is a full-time, public-facing security position supporting one of our San Francisco clients. The ideal candidate is observant, adaptable, professional, and able to follow direction while maintaining a strong customer service mindset.
This role involves prolonged standing and frequent interaction with members of the public in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Observe, report, and prevent loss or damage
• Conduct routine security patrols
• Enforce site rules, procedures, and regulations
• Provide professional customer service
• De-escalate situations calmly and effectively
• Monitor access points and inspect premises
• Complete clear and accurate reports
• Other duties as assigned
Pay & Benefits
$23.50 – $25.50 per hour

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid CA BSIS Guard Card (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong report-writing skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
