Responsibilities
Monitor network traffic, system logs and O365 services for suspicious activity
Investigate and respond to security incidents and breaches
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Research and recommend new security technologies and practices
Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices
Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure system configurations
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in a related discipline with 6-8 years of experience
Business knowledge in apparel and/or retail business is an advantage
Strong understanding of network and system security principles
Experience with security tools (Microsoft Defender and Sentinel)
Familiar with cloud security (Azure, O365)
Good knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles, with good scripting skills on Python, Bash, PowerShell
With CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC certifications is an advantage
Good understanding with prior experience in an ITSM tool, preferably with JIRA
Willingness to work with different cultures
Prepared to stand by during public holidays/non business hours
More experience could be considered as Senior Specialist, IT Security
Salary:
25000 - 35000
