We are looking for a skilled SAP System Engineer to manage, monitor, and support our SAP S/4HANA environment. You will serve as a bridge between functional, technical, and business teams, ensuring system stability, performance, and successful delivery of projects and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate SAP system activities across functional, technical, and Basis teams
• Monitor system availability, performance, and interfaces; escalate issues as needed
• Serve as first-level support for SAP incidents, changes, and service requests
• Support upgrades, patches, transports, and release cycles
• Coordinate testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure defect resolution
• Manage SAP transport and change management processes
• Liaise with SAP vendors, system integrators, and managed service providers
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and audit requirements
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and operational standards
• Track system KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years’ experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and technical processes
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written
• SAP certification is a plus
