We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Global Benefits) to support implementation and production support activities for SAP SuccessFactors modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP to deliver and support end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, with strong focus on Employee Central and Global Benefits.
The role is based in Singapore, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Core SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Global Benefits)
• Lead and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, include
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)foEmployee, including:
• Benefits plan design and implementation
• Support for open enrollment programs
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for IT and business users.
• Configure and support:
• Business Rules (Global Benefits, document generation, job changes, workflows)
• Mass updates, workflows, email notifications
• Custom MDF objects
Recruiting & RMK
• Configure and support Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Marketing (RMK) modules.
• Manage RMK and Career Site configuration and mappings.
• Support Recruiting to Employee Central integration.
• Configure recruiting processes including offer letter configuration.
• Provide ongoing production support for Recruiting modules.
Onboarding 2.0
• Configure and support Onboarding 2.0 processes, programs, forms, and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain custom UI elements and business rules to trigger forms and processes.
• Configure and manage Onboarding custom email notifications.
Technical & System Support
• Access and manage SuccessFactors Provisioning.
• Perform and support tenant refresh activities, including:
• Initiating refresh requests with SAP
• Completing pre-refresh and post-refresh tasks (HXM/BizX/ONB/RMK/LMS)
• Liaise directly with SAP Support on incidents, issues, and system enhancements.
• Support document generation configuration.
• Troubleshoot IAS/IPS integration issues.
• Support all aspects of SuccessFactors upgrades, including:
• Employee Central
• Global Benefits
• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Security and RBP
• Mass updates
• Compensation & Variable Pay
• Performance Management
Requirements
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support.
• Strong experience in Global Benefits implementation and support.
• Proven experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations and production support.
Certifications (Current & Valid)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (with implementation/support experience)
