We are currently seeking skilled delivery talent to join our SAP team, who possess experience in mid-market transformations and can drive impactful changes at scale. Your Role: As an SAP Solution Architect Lead, you will play a crucial role in assisting sales teams, overseeing delivery, and providing solution advisory for SAP technology and services. You’ll establish trusted partnerships with internal teams, prospects, and customers, guiding them throughout the sales cycle and adoption journey. Key responsibilities include acting as an Enterprise Architect for medium-to-large opportunities, focusing on solution design, estimation for Systems Integration, Application Development, Data Migration, and Governance, among others. You will also support Application Maintenance and Apps-Infrastructure engagements. • Solution Architecture & Deal Strategy: • Convert client requirements into innovative, practical solutions by leveraging in-depth knowledge of SAP technology, functions, and platforms. • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams to develop strong, deliverable solutions that resonate with client value propositions. • Craft compelling SAP solutions that set us apart from competitors. • Influence deal strategies with valuable industry insights and by leveraging Accenture's solution portfolio. • Oversee responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Lead complex sales cycles that involve multiple solution advisors. • Client Engagement & Advisory: • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and executives. • Articulate business outcomes and value derived from SAP solutions. • Co-create solutions alongside clients and delivery teams, providing best practices and integration strategies. • Thought Leadership & Mentorship: • Participate in sales and marketing events to showcase our SAP capabilities. • Maintain relevant training and certifications. • Mentor fellow Solution Architects, sharing knowledge and promoting thought leadership across the team. Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. Qualifications: • At least 6 years of SAP experience, specifically with S/4HANA Cloud ERP (both Private and Public) and a solid functional background. • Minimum of 6 years of industry experience within sectors such as Manufacturing, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, etc. • At least 3 years of experience in SAP Solution Planning and Deal Shaping, including crafting RFP responses, staffing models, and client presentations. • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (a minimum of 12 years of work experience is required). For candidates holding an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience is necessary. Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skills, and experience levels.
