We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture for a large-scale, enterprise HR transformation program.
Role Overview
As the Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining, governing, and validating the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors architecture, ensuring a scalable, standardized, and cloud-ready HR digital core across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and govern E2E SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture
• Act as design authority across all SF streams and integrations
• Enforce architecture standards, quality gates, and design governance
• Ensure cross-stream solution integrity and alignment
• Partner closely with Project Leads, Stream Leads, Template Teams, and PMO
• Define target architecture, future-state roadmap, and reuse strategies
• Provide best-practice guidance from large, complex enterprise programs
Required Experience
• 7+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture
• Strong, hands-on background in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Deep expertise in Employee Central (mandatory)
• Experience across modules such as EC Payroll, Time, Compensation, Performance, Learning
• Proven experience acting as solution/design authority on multi-stream programs
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to Hong Kong as required
