Job Title: SAP SME Manufacturing (Supply Chain Functional Consultant)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Exp. Level: 10+ years
Responsibilities
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more SAP functional areas (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR, SuccessFactors).
• Analyze business processes and design optimized SAP solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
• Configure SAP systems, prepare functional specifications, and support technical development.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, UAT, and SIT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, industry, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, SOX).
Key Skills
• Deep expertise in SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA Finance, Logistics, or Manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of business process design, integration points, and master data management.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations, migrations, or upgrades.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
