Salesforce Consultant Location: New York, US Office Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities and be able to provide expert consultancy to our clients, ensuring they maximize their use of the platform. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. - Administer and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding of Salesforce functionalities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems. - Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance and user experience. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to provide informed recommendations. Mandatory Skills: - Proven experience in Salesforce Administration. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator). - Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 12 years to 18 + of relevant experience in Salesforce consultancy or administration.
