A leading global insurer is seeking a Technical Lead to drive a major digital transformation within their CRM landscape. This is a strategic "Player-Coach" role: you will architect complex data solutions, lead integration strategies with enterprise data lakes, and mentor a team of developers, all while staying hands-on with the code. Key Highlights Strategic Ownership: Own the CRM data model and architecture for a regional business unit. Complex Integration: Move beyond basic setup—architect real-time REST API integrations between Salesforce, Lead Management Systems, and Enterprise Data Lakes. Modernization: Lead the migration from legacy Visualforce to modern Lightning Web Components (LWC). High Visibility: Act as the primary bridge between technical engineering and non-technical business stakeholders. Responsibilities Architecture & Design: Design scalable, secure CRM solutions that align with complex business requirements. define data models and integration patterns. Hands-on Development: Lead by example. Write high-quality Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Components for complex custom modules. Integration Leadership: Design and maintain seamless connections between Salesforce and external systems (SQL, Data Lakes, REST APIs). Stakeholder Management: Translate "Business Speak" into "Technical Specs." Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to understand their pain points and solve them. Governance & Quality: Establish best practices for CI/CD, code reviews, and system audits to ensure a clean, efficient Salesforce instance. Requirements Experience: 5+ years in CRM implementation, with at least 3 years deeply focused on Salesforce Development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC). Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and Salesforce Data Modeling. Integration Skills: Proven track record of integrating Salesforce with external enterprise systems (Data Warehouses, Marketing Automation, etc.). Communication: Excellent command of English with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Advantageous Skills (The "Plus" Factors) Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect). Experience in the Financial Services / Insurance sector.
