Key Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for the healthcare industry
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Health Cloud features and optimize components for patient engagement
Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with third-party systems and provide technical leadership to development teams
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience with Agent Force and Data Cloud implementation
Advanced proficiency in Health Cloud Setup and configuration
Deep expertise in Care Program and Care Management modules
Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy requirements
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Apex
