Sales & Data Analytics Intern (CRM & Pricing Projects) Role Overview The Sales & Data Analytics Intern will support the commercial organization by analyzing sales data, maintaining CRM accuracy, and assisting with projects related to pricing, quoting, and configuration tools. This role provides hands-on exposure to real commercial decision-making in a B2B/industrial environment, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations. The intern will play a key role in improving data quality, pricing visibility, and sales process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting • Analyze sales, bookings, backlog, and pricing data to support commercial decisions • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, CRM exports, BI tools as applicable) • Identify trends, gaps, and anomalies in sales performance and pricing • Support margin, discount, and quote analysis CRM Management & Data Quality • Support CRM data hygiene (accounts, contacts, opportunities, pipeline) • Assisting standardizing CRM fields, workflows, and reporting structures • Validate data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and pricing tools • Support sales forecasting and pipeline visibility Pricing & Configuration Projects • Assistwith pricing configuration and CPQ-related projects • Support the review and documentation of pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows • Help analyze quote cycle times, win/loss data, and pricing effectiveness • Participate in pilot initiatives related to pricing automation and digital sales tools Cross-Functional Support • Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams on commercial initiatives • Support ad-hoc projects related to sales process improvement and digital transformation • Prepare presentations and summaries for management reviews Qualifications Education • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s • Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or similar) • Business Administration • Finance, Economics, or Analytics • Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level students preferred • Minimum GPA requirement of 3.2.
