The Global Supplier Services (GSS) Data & Analytics team is seeking a skilled data analytics professional to deliver insights and create reporting solutions that enhance transparency and identify opportunities to optimize third-party expenses. The role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and an understanding of source-to-pay processes, working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into actionable reporting and analysis solutions.
• Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Become a subject matter expert on data models and structures for meaningful business analysis.
• Address ad hoc reporting and data modification requests from end users.
• Manage a pipeline of deliverables and ensure their timely completion.
• Identify efficiencies using technology-based solutions and business acumen.
Required Skills:
• Professional experience in reporting and data analytics.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, slicers), PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets for analysis and synthesis.
• Strong SQL programming skills, including creating views and writing complex queries involving joins, functions, and subqueries.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with source-to-pay processes (Ariba, Coupa), sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, or third-party vendor relationships.
• Strong client management and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Flexibility in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certifications:
