We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and engagement.
• Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including merchandising displays to attract customers.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately and securely.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for enhancing customer interactions. ( French and English is mandatory )
• Experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, with an understanding of technical products.
• Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques to create appealing product displays.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone professionally.
