**Company** • *Overview** • *Duties** - Qualify inbound and outbound leads. - Present demos of our CRM solution tailored to financial advisors. - Identify client needs and align them with our services. - Build and maintain relationships with existing partners. - Sign new clients and support onboarding. - Collaborate with developers to improve our product and services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics. - Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. - Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings and expand your professional network. • *Experience** - 1-3 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience is a plus - 1+ year experience in C# and Java script is a plus - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus). - Interest in financial services and digital transformation. - Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong account management skills. - Familiarity with business development strategies and market analysis techniques. - Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. - Experience with technical sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. - Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory. • *Why Join Us** - Work with a nimble, expert team in high-growth space. - Flexible work environment and competitive compensation. - Opportunity to grow into senior sales or consulting roles.
