Job Type: Early/Mid-level Individual Contributor Job Function: Solution Consulting and Enterprise Account Management Why are we hiring?: Co-lead and build a profitable consulting practice in its early days. This is a new role with mostly Singapore based clients. Portfolio of Clients: Law Firms, Financial Services, Social Services, Marketplaces and Retail Traits and Experience Required: Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with CX principles and/or Data Management principles in the business and workflow context and comfortable with using AI tools for research and analysis. Technical professionals (in Data, CX and Tech) or ex-consultants with senior stakeholder management skills are welcome to apply. Comfort in working with Gen AI tools to unlock value for clients in the consulting process is required. Academic Qualification: Degree and above (preferably Business, Law and Tech). Relevant certificates (e.g. PMC, Change Management and etc.) welcome. Location: Singapore/Malaysia Mode: Hybrid (2 days in office) Reports to: General Manager The consultant will be involved in: • Preparing proposals for B2B clients • Working with client and intermediary stakeholders from government funded agencies/institutions/trade associations • Onboarding new B2B clients • Managing projects and recommending technical solutioning bridging business context and CX/AI needs • Applying mixed method research.
