MUST HAVES:
5+ years proven experience with Oracle Cloud CX platform and have Implementation & Administration of Oracle Service Cloud including using and extending object manager, managing profiles/permissions, SSO integration, interfaces, SLAs, workspaces, rules, reports.
• 3–5+ years proven experience with Customer Portal extensions using MVC widgets, custom controllers, UI/branding and Agent Browser UI Extensibility using JS/PHP.
• 3–5+ years of demonstrated experience with Integrations using Connect REST, Connect Web Services for SOAP, Connect PHP API, JavaScript integration, and .NET Add ins.
• 2–4 years experiences with Security & Governance including SSO configuration, role based access, secure config/change management.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience with Core languages & data using JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS and enterprise SDLC/DevOps practices

This position is listed as "Onsite"; the resource is expected to work 7.25 hours per calendar day between the standard working hours of 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) every Monday to Friday inclusive at the identified OPS office location.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
