POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruitment Coordinator reports to the Manger of Talent Acquisition and works closely with the Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Employee Health department, and HR Team in all aspects of the recruitment department day-to-day activities. The Recruitment Coordinator will interact with candidates, employees, and managers while actively participating in the recruitment process, managing applications, offers, references, and preparing for onboarding.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage up to 20 concurrent requisitions while successfully meeting target hires annually.
• Support the end-to-end processing of Nurse Residency and Transition Fellow program cohort hires.
• Create job requisitions and job postings in ATS, and assist with other steps in the workflow process based on Recruiters, Supervisor, and Management approvals.
• Answer incoming calls and assists applicants, candidates, and new hires with troubleshooting issues with ATS and throughout new hire experience.
• Review general recruitment email inbox and direct emails to appropriate internal stakeholders
• Source candidates and recruitment support of clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Participate in implementation of ongoing improvement initiative; moving from manual to automotive recruitment processes.
• Schedule and coordinate prescreen calls, interviews, and meetings.
• Posts positions on various job boards, social and professional networking sites, as needed or as directed.
• Participate in Walk-In interviews and facilitate next steps with Recruiters, Managers, and candidates.
• Provide support to Recruiters and Hiring Managers by updating position control, conducting references, and prescreening candidates.
• Maintain Recruiting and HR reporting, as well as support distribution of data to respective units as necessary.
• Frequent interaction with Recruiters, Managers, and HR Business Partners to facilitate internal transfers by collect required documentation Process internal transfers, updates, and facilitate changes in HRMS
• Process new hires via email and ATS system.
• Conduct final audit of accuracy of new hire recruitment package and ensures that full compliance is met prior to on-boarding.
• Send new hire documents to appropriate internal departments.
• Support creating new employee personnel files and maintenance as needed.
• Keeps-in-touch with candidates in the pre and post offer stage to insure successful on-boarding occurs.
• Engages candidates, at all levels, in a respectful and professional manner that maintains the dignity of the individual.
• Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
• Provides support to HR team by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A. Education
• Bachelors in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or related field required.
B. Qualifications/Experience
• Minimum 1 year Human Resources support experience.
• Experience in healthcare helpful but not required.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
