Responsibilities:
Monitor sales and leasing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures.
Review contracts, agreements (MOUs and A2As), and reports to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
Evaluate the performance of sales and marketing teams and provide regular reports to management.
Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Analyze client and project data and provide actionable insights for process and service improvement.
Track and resolve client complaints effectively to prevent recurrence.
Contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures in line with real estate industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Prior experience in Quality Assurance within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, quality management systems, and best practices in real estate.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with real estate management software (CRM) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
