Job Summary
You will design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality across diverse projects. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects, while conducting structured research on competing technologies to inform strategic improvements.
Responsibilities
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases to validate product functionality and performance across multiple projects
• Collaborate with engineering teams to reproduce defects and drive timely resolution, enhancing product reliability
• Conduct structured research on competing technologies, features, and strategies to inform product quality and market positioning
• Leverage AI tools to optimize QA and research workflows, increasing efficiency and accuracy
• Propose and implement improvements to testing frameworks and research methodologies to elevate QA standards and outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in product quality testing, competitor analysis, or market intelligence
• Experience with QA methodologies, including manual and automated testing tools
