Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) professional in the construction field based in Jeddah. The QA/QC professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards, implementing quality management processes, conducting inspections, and managing quality documentation. They will collaborate with teams to address quality issues, conduct audits, develop quality improvement strategies, and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role demands proactive engagement with construction and installation activities to enhance project quality and performance.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor project compliance with specified standards
• Experience in Quality Management systems and implementing effective processes to ensure consistency and high performance
• Knowledge of Quality Auditing and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to review and validate workflows and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction materials, techniques, and industry standards is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field with certifications in quality management preferred
• Relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly in façade design or manufacturing, is advantageous
