The Role: The Quality Assurance & Clinical Training Manager is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining the clinical integrity and operational excellence of Thrive's services. This position ensures that clinical practices are effective, compliant, and aligned with Thrive's mission of quality and compassionate care. The Manager leads quality improvement initiatives, oversees clinical training programs, and supports continuous professional development across the agency. Working closely with the Clinical Director and leadership team, this role plays a vital part in policy development, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting helping to strengthen a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Management Responsibilities • Support annual review and revision of policies in collaboration with the Clinical Director. • Translate clinical policies into clear and actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Lead and update training programs for new clinical staff and interns. • Coordinate access to professional development resources and training opportunities across the agency. • Collaborate with leadership to maintain compliance with licensure, accreditation, and agency standards. Supervisory Responsibilities • Supervise assigned clinical staff and/or interns under LPHA credentials. • Provide input on staff performance and professional development needs. • Support team members in responding to emergent clinical issues and completing risk assessments. • Facilitate consultation groups and peer supervision as needed. Training and Development • Oversee clinical orientation and update training manuals annually. • Facilitate internal training sessions and coordinate specialized clinical consultations. • Plan and organize CEU-accredited trainings and staff wellness workshops. • Lead DEI-focused trainings in collaboration with the Executive Director and external partners. • Develop and maintain a curated library of clinical and professional training resources. • Coordinate community education programming, including Thrive Talks . Quality Assurance & Reporting • Conduct regular utilization reviews (minimum of four per month). • Oversee collection and analysis of client satisfaction data (e.g., Perception of Care Surveys). • Support licensure and accreditation preparation and compliance. • Monitor and report on performance measures and clinical outcomes. • Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on clinical activity and quality indicators. • Extract and analyze data from the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to track clinical quality and program effectiveness.
